一、我们收集什么1. What we collect

• 联系方式：当你通过邮件或微信联系我们时，我们保存你的联系方式与沟通内容，仅用于回复支持请求。Contact info: email/WeChat and message content, kept solely to answer support requests.
• API 使用数据：调用时间、调用量、模型、错误码与追踪 ID（X-CPA-TRACE-ID），用于计费、故障排查与安全审计。API usage data: timestamps, volume, model, error codes and trace IDs (X-CPA-TRACE-ID) for billing, troubleshooting and security.
• 日志：网站与 API 的访问日志包含来源 IP 与请求路径，保留用于安全防护。Logs: site/API access logs include source IP and request path, retained for security.

二、我们如何处理你的内容2. How we handle your content

• 通过 API 提交的提示词与输出会转发给对应的第三方模型服务商以完成请求，处理方式以该服务商的政策为准。Prompts and outputs submitted via the API are forwarded to the relevant third-party model provider to fulfill the request, subject to that provider's policies.
• 我们不会将你的业务内容用于训练模型，除非另行取得书面同意。We do not use your business content for model training without separate written consent.
• 请勿通过 API 提交包含个人敏感信息的内容，除非你有合法的处理依据。Do not submit personal sensitive data via the API unless you have a lawful basis to process it.

三、数据保留与删除3. Retention & deletion

• 使用与日志数据按内部安全与计费需要保留，超过保留期自动删除。Usage and log data is retained as needed for security and billing, then auto-deleted.
• 你可以随时联系我们要求查看或删除与你的账号相关的数据（法律要求保留的除外）。You may request access to or deletion of your account-related data at any time (except where retention is legally required).

四、第三方4. Third parties

• 我们可能使用第三方基础设施（如云服务器、CDN）与模型服务商，数据会按服务所需传输至这些主体。We may use third-party infrastructure (cloud, CDN) and model providers; data is transferred to them as needed to provide the service.
• 除法律要求或提供服务所必需外，我们不出售、不出租你的数据。We do not sell or rent your data, except as required by law or needed to provide the service.
