一、服务范围1. Scope of services

我们提供 AI API 网关、Token 计费、模型目录与模型评测等服务。We provide an AI API gateway, token billing, a model catalog and model benchmarks.
API 使用、Token 计费和模型可用性以当前页面、订单及上游服务条款为准。API usage, token billing and model availability follow the current pages, order and upstream terms.

API Key 仅供你方使用，禁止共享、转售或公开。API keys are for your use only — no sharing, reselling or public exposure.
禁止利用本服务从事任何违法活动，包括但不限于：攻击他人系统、传播恶意内容、侵犯知识产权、欺诈、制作违法内容等。Prohibited: any unlawful use — attacking systems, distributing malware, infringing IP, fraud, generating illegal content, etc.
滥用、盗刷或影响服务稳定性的行为可能导致服务暂停或终止。Abuse, key theft or actions harming service stability may result in suspension or termination.

Token 使用费用按实际输入/输出 Token 和当前价格规则结算。Token usage is billed according to actual input/output tokens and the current pricing rules.
模型调用可能受上游服务商、账户和地区规则影响，价格页中的待确认项目不代表免费。Model calls may be subject to upstream provider, account and regional rules; "To verify" items are not free.
API Key 和模型权限以管理后台当前配置为准。API key and model permissions follow the current management configuration.
模型调用费用按实际发生额另行结算，不包含在服务费中。Model call costs are settled as incurred and are not part of service fees.

AI 模型输出可能包含错误或偏见，不构成专业意见；因模型输出导致的直接或间接损失，除法律强制规定外，我们不承担责任。Model outputs may contain errors or bias and are not professional advice; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses from model outputs.
API 可用性受网络、上游服务商及不可抗力影响，网关层面已配置降级策略，但我们不对超出合理控制范围的故障承担责任。Availability depends on networks, upstream providers and force majeure; the gateway has fallbacks, but we are not liable for failures beyond reasonable control.
网站实测文章中的数据仅为展示测试框架，正式数据以发布时标注为准。Benchmark articles show the testing framework; published figures are those stated at release.

我们可能不时更新本条款，重大变更会在本页面公告并注明生效日期。These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes are announced on this page with an effective date.
